Our specialty coffees include Bourbon Ros茅 and Geisha, green coffee, whole bean and ground coffee.

Rosa borb贸n
It is a genetic blend of Amarillo and Rojo Bourbon, whose ripe fruit is pink. It is a high-quality coffee with a medium yield and good taste. It has a clean cup profile with a sweet floral aroma, notes of honeyed figs, orange, and cloves; as well as medium acidity.
Green Coffe
Harvested especially for you. This is coffee in its most natural form. These are beans harvested from coffee trees that haven’t been roasted to become chocolate. Brown beans, which we call traditional coffee.
Geisha Variety
One of the world’s finest coffee beans. Prized for its fruity complexity, fruity notes, and pronounced papaya flavor, which represent exceptional organoleptic qualities (flavor, aroma, and acidity).
Caturra Variety
It is a natural mutation of the Bourbon variety. Caturra una monogenic mutation, This causes the plant to become smaller. It also gives a good flavor in the cup with brilliant acidity, medium aroma, floral aroma and aromatic notes.
Castillo Variety
Is a cross between the varied Caturra and the hybrid Timor. This is the result of varied collections of delicious croissants adapted to the Colombian cafeteria region. This variety is high production, high resistance to enclosures and excellent health. It is also well known for its sweetness, aroma and citric acidity. It has excellent qualities and its bean size is greater than other coffee varieties.
